Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment.
• You will receive a 100% refund including GST.
• Cancel via My Orders → Cancel Order or email sales@tuplix.in.

Cancellation After Dispatch

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
• You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

Auto-Cancellation by tuplix

• Payment not received or verified.
• Incorrect or unserviceable delivery address.
• Product unavailable or discontinued.

GST Compliance

Cancelled order invoices are voided and GST is reversed as per GST Act, 2017.
