Refund Policy

Guidelines for FASTag recharge refunds and customer support.

➦ Introduction

This Refund Policy describes how Tuplix handles refunds for FASTag recharge transactions. By using Tuplix, you agree to this policy.

➦ Scope of Policy

This policy applies only to FASTag recharges made through Tuplix’s website or mobile platform. It does not cover transactions made directly through banks or other third-party services.

➦ Recharge Confirmation

Once a payment is successfully made, Tuplix sends a confirmation via SMS, email, or dashboard update. If your FASTag wallet is not updated, please contact support immediately.

➦ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in these cases:

● The recharge amount was debited from your account but not credited to the FASTag wallet.

● Duplicate payments were made for the same vehicle.

● Technical errors caused incomplete or failed transactions.

Refunds will not be issued for user errors such as:

● Wrong vehicle number or FASTag ID entered

● Payment made to an inactive FASTag

● Recharge for a blocked or blacklisted FASTag

➦ Refund Process

Once validated, eligible refund requests are verified with the issuing bank or FASTag provider. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on the payment source.

➦ Non-Refundable Transactions

All successfully processed and credited FASTag recharges are non-refundable. Once the recharge is reflected in your FASTag wallet, reversal is not possible.

➦ User Responsibility

It is the user’s responsibility to:

● Enter the correct vehicle and FASTag details.

● Verify the recharge amount before payment.

● Keep the FASTag wallet active and linked to a valid bank.
